A Refreshing Win at Coca-Cola!
Siemens Belgium has signed a contract with The Coca-Cola Company Europe for the rollout of an OpenScape UC Server solution at the European data centre of Coca-Cola in Brussels.
This new central platform will allow the company to introduce new state-of-the-art services for voice, UC and contact centres in its network throughout Europe.
Established in 1886, Coca-Cola presently has 90,500 employed globally. The Coca-Cola Company Europe is the European sales and marketing arm of the drinks company with a footprint in 32 European countries and more than 3,000 workers at 27 offices.
The IT head office in Europe is based in Brussels.
