In the unlikely event of a fault occurring with your phone system, if you have a Maintenance Agreement with us, you will be provided with:
- Priority service over non-maintenance clients
- 24 hour service access at reduced rates
- Within 2-hour response to critical system fault
- Within 8-hour response to non-critical system fault
- Free replacement of defective parts
- Access to critical spare parts kept in stock by On-Line Communications
- Free training session for new and/or existing staff each year
- System data backup
- Free updates on released maintenance software
- Adds, moves and changes at reduced maintenance rates
A Full Team of Expert Engineers
The reason we are confident to say that we can fix any of your telephone system’s problems here at On-Line Communications is because we have a team of expert engineers who have all the qualifications and knowledge they need to be able to attend to your systems confidently. Some of our engineers have been trained in Europe by Siemens first-hand, and have then relocated to Australia.

New System Warranty
As part of every new sale, On-Line Communications provides you with a new system warranty which gives you the same features as a Maintenance Agreement. You will receive the same priority service and response times to any faults.
