Our Service Team Is On Your Side

At On-Line Communications, we have a team of service staff and in-house engineers who are on-hand from 8.30am to 5.00pm each business day, to answer your telecommunication service calls or emails.

You can call or email our friendly service team at any time if you need to book a service call or you have a question about your telephone system. We are more than happy to help you with any queries you might have.

Our engineers are all fully qualified, systems engineers, some with Microsoft Certification. They all have their ACA (Australian Cabling Association) licenses and when they install your business telephone systems, they will also train your staff in how to use the equipment and maintain it so it is reliable and secure. If you require help for your business telephone solution out of business hours, simply ring the On-Line Communications and follow the prompts to ‘Out of Hours’ service. Our service team will direct your call to an engineer, to ensure you have your system up and running in the least possible time.

Many of our clients’ offices are interstate, so we have formed strong alliances with a network of Siemens partners in all capital cities, enabling us to install and service systems throughout Australia at any time.

On-Line Communications ensures the convergence of all components is completed to best practice, with time schedules and quality workmanship designed to meet stated goals.

Maintenance Agreements & New Sale Warranty

As part of every new sale, On-Line Communications provides you with a new system warranty which gives you the same features as a Maintenance Agreement. You will receive the same priority service and response times to any faults. (Refer Maintenance Contracts).
