Caller List
Missed, Made and Received calls are listed on handset displays as well as in the Call Detail Records

Do-Not-Disturb/Silent Call
Users can block incoming calls
Audible signaling of calls can be deactivated on system telephones so they are only indicated on the display

Call Pickup
Calls can be picked up on users' own telephones within a call pickup group or selectively for specific colleagues

Classes of Service
Different access authorizations can be assigned to each user, with a distinction being made between:
- No trunk access
- Outward restricted access (local calls only)
- Unrestricted trunk access
- Allow lists / Deny lists
- Outdial rules coupled with toll restriction

Automatic Night Switch
Change to night mode automatically at preconfigured times. Multiple work times, multiple routes

Broadcast Intercom Calls
Via system telephones or over external loudspeakers

Call Detail Records
Included software to break down call records for each terminal, trunk or agent.

Group Call
Call one, multiple or all telephones on the system using a group call

Shared Line Keys
The following flexible setups are possible with line keys
- teams
- executive/secretary functions
- feature handset in parallel with system telephones allowing remote users to appear at their desk

Speed Dial
Web based directory for speed dial making it easy for everyone in the organisation to access important numbers fast

Toggling
Handle more than one phone call at a time at the press of a button

Account Codes
Use account codes for billing purposes for clients

Call Number Suppression
Block your caller id on a cross system basis or temporarily

Distinctive Call Signaling
Use different ringtones for internal calls, external calls, recalls and callback calls.

Add-on Ringing
Call signaling simultaneously at several telephones

Door Interface
For entrance telephone and door opener functions. Calls from the entrance telephone can even be routed to an external destination by using external call forwarding.
