I hereby confirm my acceptance of billing option indicated below. (please select your selected option below).
Note:	Customers holding current maintenance contracts receive priority over non-maintenance customers.
	Normal 7 day account rates (Please note prices are GST inclusive)
	$193.60 call out fee including the first half hour of labour (for one technician) $108.90 per half hour thereafter + materials $33.00 Parking fee applies for sites located in CBD, North Sydney & Parramatta, unless parking can be arranged by customer.
	Discounted rates for COD payment (Please note prices are GST inclusive)
	$165.00 call out fee including the first half hour of labour (for one technician) $82.50 per half hour thereafter + materials $33.00 Parking fee applies for sites located in CBD, North Sydney & Parramatta, unless parking can be arranged by customer.
	Maintenance rates for customers requiring work not covered under their maintenance contract (Please note prices are GST inclusive)
	$104.50 call out fee including the first half hour of labour (for one technician) $67.10 per half hour thereafter + materials $33.00 Parking fee applies for sites located in CBD, North Sydney & Parramatta, unless parking can be arranged by customer.
	Remote service and technical support rates (Please note prices are GST inclusive)
	$49.00 per 10 minutes (credit card details must be provided otherwise an account fee of $10.00 applies)

Please Note

COD rates only apply when full payment is made to the technician upon completion of work. Otherwise seven day account rates will apply.
Any claims regarding service work, must be received within seven days of receipt of the repair.
When paying by cheque, please make certain there is a person available to sign for it.
These rates cover service work performed during normal business hours. Higher rates apply for after hours work.
