At On-Line Communications, our engineers are fully trained in how to deliver a training session to a new customer. They will train your staff in how to use the system and also train your IT Manager in how to keep your site’s system reliable and secure.
As part of every new sale, On-Line Communications provides each customer with one year warranty guarantee. Part of this warranty is a free training session during any part of this year, just in case you have put on new staff or you feel your existing staff need a refresher course.
Many of our customers take advantage of this refresher course because when your telephone system is first installed, there is often a lot of other matters to attend to – especially if you are in new premises etc – and it can sometimes be difficult to get all of your staff trained. With this refresher option, you can be assured that all of your staff will know how to use the telephone system and its added features.
For features such as a Contact Centre, On-Line Communications may bring in other professional staff to give you a higher level of training. These training sessions will be on a specific schedule and this will be organised by our BDM and your key contact person.
